Connect a LAN cable to the device, then connect it to a telephone or an external-line port on your PABX so every internal extension can make outbound calls. Big Premium VOIP installation requirements
- A LAN connection with internet access
- The first line requires a VOIP Set costing THB 4,500 (VPN Box + ATA, one-time payment).
- Each additional line requires only an ATA costing THB 2,500 (one-time payment).

Available international destinations
Customers using more than three lines may request one additional destination country as a special arrangement.
The company reserves the right to discontinue calling to certain countries with at least one month of advance notice.

How to use Big Premium VOIP
- For calls within Thailand, pick up the handset and dial the 02 or 08x number directly.
- For international calls, dial the country code followed by the telephone number. For example, to call China, pick up the handset and dial country code 86 followed by the recipient’s number.
