Trial and demo network system

There are many products in the computer network kingdom that could not perform the functions described on the label or datasheet. Some devices may perform as the datasheet states but work without stabilization (unstable). Furthermore, many distributors sell to customers but cannot provide technical support or consultation. Customers waste money and get nothing. As a result, many people develop a bad attitude toward networking devices or networking technology. Our company NJ Network understands these problems very well. We focus on long-term business, so our policy is "The balance between customer satisfaction and happiness of seller". We provide a trial period of our product or solution for three weeks in a real environment.

The nature of network equipment requires operation 24x7 (day and night). A temporary test at the customer site for a short time will not meet customer needs. For example, some brands show in the datasheet that they support 500 VPN tunnels, but in a real trial they support only 10-11 tunnels. Some brands specify that they can block specific websites, but when tested with many computers they cannot block them. So the suitable period for product demonstration should be 3 weeks in real situations. Settings must be adjusted according to customer requirements. The result will be the best solution for the customer.

Are there any expenses with product demonstration?

The product demonstration will not charge if the equipment or our solution cannot meet customer needs or cannot achieve the agreement between the customer and NJ Network. For demo charges we collect only travel and service fees, usually about 2,000 to 3,000 baht depending on the size of the solution. Demo charges can be fully refunded. So you pay only for success. If it fails you do not need to pay any expense, including travel and service charges.

Steps of product demonstration

  1. The customer must know their own requirement. For example which model, solution, or function is needed. The customer may not need in-depth details but should know the rough boundary or topic of needs, such as:

    • Need to access data from outside?
    • What data do you need to access from outside?
    • How many users need access from outside?
    • The remainder we will handle for design and planning.
  2. When the customer knows the needs, the next step is our responsibility to design, plan, and prepare the final solution. After the customer reviews the details and quotation, consider the acceptable budget. On this step you can negotiate for your best satisfaction including budget and requirements. If it is over your budget or cannot meet your requirements, please do not use our product demonstration. After you accept the price and solution, we may visit your site to survey and plan installation.

  3. On the installation date we prepare equipment and tools to complete the system at your site. We have a standard process that can install the system or solution without interrupting employees who are working. The customer can choose a suitable time to operate the system. After installation our NJ Network team monitors, services, and stands by closely as the customer requests.

  4. When the trial period is complete, NJ Network will call or send e-mail to confirm your order. If our device or solution does not meet your requirements, we can extend the trial period without additional charge. If the device or solution works properly and you do not want to order, our team will collect the device or solution from your site. Training starts only after the customer confirms an order.

The steps above are a clear process with no hidden costs. Customers know the estimated expenses in advance. You pay only for success. If the system fails to install, please do not worry. Demo charges can be denied. Demo charges apply only when installation or the solution succeeds; this expense covers travel and close service within 3 weeks. We provide free onsite service during the demo period. Demo charges help us screen and protect good customers so they do not lose the opportunity to receive better service from us.

Agreement of product demo

Customers are responsible for keeping our equipment in good condition. We do not allow modification of any component of our device. After we successfully install the solution and leave the device or network solution at your site, the customer must sign the demo contract form. However, we are pleased to offer free onsite service during the trial period.
